Birthday party for Bowman Riley Architects
Bowman Riley Architects kicked off their 40th anniversary celebrations last week with a cocktail party at hip party venue Aspire in Leeds city centre, effectively launching the Property and Development summer season!
The party had a Yorkshire theme to celebrate Bowman Riley Architects' local heritage and whilst serving their guests mini Yorkshire puddings and Whitby crab cakes, amongst other local fare, the company asked their guests to dig deep in support of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity.
Altogether £750 was raised for this worthwhile cause, and David Sutcliffe from Sutcliffe Construction was the lucky winner of a jeroboam of Veuve Clicquot in the Charity Prize draw. Nicky Dewhytell, representative from the Yorkshire Air Ambulance thanked Bowman Riley Architects for their generosity and reminded guests of the importance of having this service available in the sometimes wild and rugged Yorkshire landscape.
Adjacent to the night's venue is Toronto Square, Bowman Riley Architects' exciting £8 million redevelopment project for Highcross Strategic Advisers Ltd. Upon completion Toronto Square will provide over 90,000 ft² of prime HQ space over seven floors in the heart of Leeds city centre.
