Bowman Riley Architects support the Cave Rescue Organisation

Bowman Riley Architects are proud to support our local Mountain and Cave Rescue Team in their voluntary activities saving lives above and below the ground in the Yorkshire Dales.

The Cave Rescue Organisation (CRO) is a voluntary rescue team made up of local experienced cavers, climbers and walkers who give their time freely to help those in need of assistance. The team is funded entirely by charitable donations and is on call at all times, day or night.

With continually increasing demands on their expertise, CRO have outgrown their present headquarters. Despite determined research, no suitable (and affordable) alternative premises have been found, so the Rescue Team have decided to extend the present building to provide additional space and facilities. The extension will cost the team in the region of £100,000. Bowman Riley Architects have prepared the construction drawings for the extension, and will administer the building contract, all for free. If you would like to know more about CRO's rescue work, or support them in what they do, then please follow the link to their website www.cro.org.uk
