A long walk home for a good cause

Matthew, Jared, Richard and Tom from our Leeds office have taken part in Oxfam's Trailtrekker 2010 event. The Trailtrekker is a 100km (62 mile) non-stop walk through the Yorkshire Dales to raise money for Oxfam.

The event started in Skipton at 8 am on Saturday, the 5th of June and passed through Gargrave, Malham, Pen-y-Ghent and Buckden, returning to Skipton the following morning. Over 500 people took part in this endurance event, and the Bowman Riley team finished in a respectable time of 26.24 hours.

The team raised over £2000 for Oxfam, and would like to say a big thank you to all those who sponsored them.

Bowman Riley Architects congratulates the guys on all their hard work!
