Bowman Riley Architects celebrate further success in Lancashire
Bowman Riley Architects have completed yet another prestigious project within Lancashire - the stunning flagship HQ for Boundary Mill Stores.
This month sees the culmination of two years worth of work with Barnfield Construction Ltd, with whom Bowman Riley Architects previously collaborated on The Globe Centre in the heart of Accrington, converting a derelict mill site into a thriving business location, hotel and restaurant development.
The current Boundary Mill Stores are well known throughout Lancashire and Yorkshire as a retail mecca, and Bowman Riley Architects are proud to be part of such a prestigious new scheme.
Replacing the old store is a new contemporary piece of retail architecture, located in a prominent position at the head of the M65. Alongside its retail capabilities, the building incorporates a double height curved glass façade, restaurant and café facilities with spacious balconies providing views over the surrounding countryside, and a central glazed atrium with escalators and lift access.
Bowman Riley Architects' Director John Coultas says "The completion of such an exciting project was a great way to celebrate our 40th year in business, delivered on time and on budget-Success!"
