English Heritage - North England Maintenance Surveys

Bowman Riley Building Surveyors have worked in conjunction with English Heritage to assist in the preparation of a maintenance audit for their Northern territory estate portfolio.

Working to an agreed format and maintenance standard, Bowman Riley Surveyors undertook surveys of over 130 English Heritage Sites throughout the North of England compiling information regarding the maintenance, quantities and measurement of each site.

Bowman Riley Surveyors prepared maintenance reports and schedules for each of the sites and completed the project within a fast track programme of just over two months.
