Leeds College of Building - Stourton Link

Bowman Riley Building Surveyors have undertaken numerous refurbishment projects for Universities and colleges throughout Leeds, Harrogate and Bradford.

Leeds College of Building, Stourton Link and Lockwood Way refurbishment project involved the adaptation and refurbishment of two properties into new / upgraded teaching facilities.

Lockwood Way, an existing teaching facility was reconfigured into a new electrical testing centre incorporating workshops, teaching spaces, WC’s and office.

Stourton Link was a newly constructed warehouse which was adapted into a new teaching facility. The design included the construction of a 9m high partition to divide a large open plan workshop / teaching space from the remainder of the accommodation which comprises staff room, library, refectory, WC’s and teaching spaces.
