Bowman Riley have considerable experience of working in the higher education sector, particularly delivering complex projects within a ‘business as usual’ campus environment.

We are used to Project Managing the interface between construction activities and an active learning environment.

We have provided Leeds Metropolitan University with a full range of services over the last 15 year period Managing and delivering many commissions. Over recent years on selected projects we have also provided a discreet Project Management service alongside our more traditional Architectural and Building Surveying specialism.

More recently we have been responsible for £1m of phased Disability Discrimination Act upgrade works at both the Headingley and Civic Quarter campuses working in conjunction with our ‘in-house’ Building Surveyor and Access Consultancy divisions.
